Jess joined the team in 2025 and brings with her a wealth of experience and is used to treating all different musculoskeletal problems. Alongside her work in private practice, she also specialises in hand therapy within the NHS, treating a wide range of complex hand and wrist problems. Jess’s compassionate and calm approach helps patients feel at ease, while her strong clinical reasoning and enthusiasm for helping others shine through in every session. In addition to being a physio, Jess is also a Pilates instructor and a sports massage therapist.

Outside of work, she enjoys climbing, mountain biking and exploring the great outdoors of North Wales, where she’s also enjoying learning Welsh!
